With more than 20 years of non-profit and corporate management experience, I am also a parent and understand the challenges of achieving work/life balance. Or as I like to say, sustainable work/life equilibrium.

My background in corporate coaching and training, along with counseling and organizational management, has led me to my current path in life, one dedicated to helping others achieve personal resilience and professional optimization.

I hold a Masters degree in sociology, am a certified HeartMath trainer and mentor, and am qualified to facilitate adult learning programs. Professionally, I have served as executive director of a state-wide non-profit organization and most recently, as chief operating officer for a national company.

My why: I am passionate about supporting people and sharing tools from which I personally have reaped the benefits from. My personal fulfillment comes from supporting others as they empower themselves to successfully navigate their own paths in life.
